I live in a condo in downtown Charleston and Sam helped me with wood rot, moisture damage, and termite intrusion. He replaced drywall, identified the source of moisture, and had recommendations/last minute resources for pest control. He’s got a great eye for aesthetics, and replaced my walls with shiplap which looks beautiful- and was very speedy in the middle of a snow storm! I highly recommend him for any work you may need!
